GAP

FROM 2016 TO 2020, I ENJOYED  SERVING IN A LONG TERM CONSULTING ROLE AT GAP, AS I SIMULTANEOUSLY LAUNCHED AND GREW A COMPANY OF MY OWN. I MANAGED A NUMBER OF CATEGORIES THROUGHOUT MY TENURE, FROM MEN'S LOUNGE AND UNDERWEAR, TO PORTIONS OF THE WOMEN'S ACTIVEWEAR BUSINESS, TO WOMEN'S OUTLET ACCESSORIES.

I ELEVATED THE AESTHETIC OF THESE AREAS, SUCCESSFULLY MERGING A SOPHISTICATED TASTE LEVEL WITH A CHEERY, PRINT-FOCUSED APPROACH AND A VALUE-BASED PRODUCT. MY CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERS AND I WERE ABLE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE GOODS, ENHANCE CUSTOMER EDUCATION AND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, AND INCREASE PRODUCT MARGINS AND SALES, WITH REPEATED GROWTH YEAR OVER YEAR.
